At House of Swarnam, we believe that every piece of jewellery is unique and should be crafted especially for you. We do not produce bulk designs, ensuring exclusivity and premium craftsmanship. To enhance your confidence in your purchase, we offer an Easy Exchange and Repair Policy, providing ample time to inspect your jewellery and ensure it meets your expectations.
For eligible items, if you encounter any issues such as damage or resizing requirements, you may opt for a repair or exchange for a new piece of the same product within 7 days of delivery.
Terms and Conditions:

We provide free repair and exchange services for damaged products or resizing issues once per order, without any shipping or insurance costs. For additional requests, shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

After 7 days of delivery, all requests will be considered under our Lifetime Exchange and Upgrade Policy.

The returned product must be accompanied by the original product certificate, packaging/box, and invoice.

Any item that shows signs of wear, alterations, or resizing by a third-party jeweller cannot be accepted for exchange or repair.

If the resized product costs more than the existing one, the difference will be charged to the customer. If it costs less, the differential amount will be refunded.

If the product has been exchanged once under this policy, subsequent requests will be handled under the Lifetime Exchange and Upgrade Policy.

The policy is applicable only for orders delivered within India.
Lifetime Exchange and Upgrade Policy
At House of Swarnam, we cherish your jewellery and strive to provide timeless designs. If you wish to exchange your product for a new design or upgrade your existing piece, we will facilitate the process and provide personalized upgrade recommendations.
For Lifetime Exchange and Upgrade requests, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Other Terms and Conditions:

Making charges are not considered under the Lifetime Exchange Value.

The current value of gold, diamonds, and gemstones will be determined solely at the discretion of the House of Swarnam.

Customers will be informed about any gold/metal wastage or stone damage risks before processing the exchange.

Jewellery must be originally purchased from the House of Swarnam and should be accompanied by the original product certificate and invoice.

If a discount or free gift was applied during purchase, the equivalent amount will be deducted during the exchange.

Altered or resized products by third-party jewellers will not be accepted for exchange.

If the new product value exceeds the exchange value, the customer will pay the difference. If the exchanged value is lesser, the difference will be issued as a credit voucher, valid for future purchases.

We reserve the right to modify terms for specific customers, with prior notice before order processing.

Warranty and Repair Policy
We offer lifetime cleaning, polishing, stone tightening, and repair services to maintain your jewellery’s beauty and longevity.

The warranty covers free cleaning and polishing, but any additional materials (gold, diamond, etc.) required will be charged to the customer.

Shipping costs for repair and resizing requests will be borne by the customer.

If a resized ring costs more, the additional cost will be charged. If it costs less, the difference will be refunded.

Refunds for resizing will be processed via online bank transfer within 10 working days.
