Where do you ship?
We ship across Delhi NCR! This is part of our pilot run. Our Delhite customers can enjoy Swarnam’s exquisite jewelry, with free shipping.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Once your order is placed, it takes about 2-5 business days for processing. Curating the product takes upto 2 weeks. Delivery times vary depending on your location—orders generally arrive within 2-3 weeks.
How can I track my order?

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your jewelry, but if you need to return an item, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery. The jewelry must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Please note that customized and personalized pieces are non-returnable.
